How can I check my outstanding balance with Lyreco?

You have two convenient options to check your outstanding balance:

  • Monthly Account Statement: Lyreco automatically sends an account statement via email on the 7th of each month, summarizing your transactions and outstanding balances. If you are already a customer and don’t receive this email, please contact Customer Service or your Account Manager to update the email address which we should be using.
  • Contact Customer Service at Lyreco who will be able to provide you a report of your outstanding balance.

For immediate assistance, you can reach out to Lyreco via phone at 02 338 0200 or email at TH.orders@lyreco.com. In all cases, it really helps if you have your Lyreco customer number which starts with a 1300XXXXX when contacting us.
