You have two convenient options to check your outstanding balance:
- Monthly Account Statement: Lyreco automatically sends an account statement via email on the 7th of each month, summarizing your transactions and outstanding balances. If you are already a customer and don’t receive this email, please contact Customer Service or your Account Manager to update the email address which we should be using.
- Contact Customer Service at Lyreco who will be able to provide you a report of your outstanding balance.
