If your delivery appears incomplete, here are a few things you can check before getting in touch with us.
- Check if your order is arriving in multiple shipments
If your order includes items with longer delivery times, those may ship separately from the rest of your order.
Typically, this happens because they are on backorder or shipped directly from the supplier (direct delivery). For the full list of products with non-standard delivery times, please see When do delivery exceptions apply?

- Check for multiple packages
Large orders may arrive in more than one package. Check whether a second parcel was left at your delivery address, including any alternative locations the driver may have used. Your Proof of Delivery, available in your Lyreco Webshop account, can help confirm what was delivered.
