Nespresso Aguila machines are usually plumbed into a water supply. A leak at the rear or base of the machine might be from the inlet hose, drain line, or internal pump fittings.
Nespresso Aguila machines have sensors that should warn you before any leaks but regular servicing and cleaning is crucial to keep valves and seals working correctly.
General leak prevention tips:
- Clean daily, especially capsule area, milk tubes, and drip trays.
- Empty containers. Full capsule bins or drip trays often cause overflow leaks.
- Inspect hoses, especially if you see bubbles, drips, or hear hissing.
- Service regularly.
In the event of a leak:
- Shut off the water supply.
- Don’t open the casing yourself — this can void your warranty.
