My Nespresso Aguila machine display message shows: 'Preparation too long'

 

The "Preparation too long" message will appear when your Nespresso Aguila machine fails to prepare a drink.

  1. Open the lever and try to insert a new capsule. 
  2. Make sure the main water supply is turned.
  3. Start the drink preparation again.
