If you are using the Connected Coffee Innovations (CCI) feature, the connection may be lost and the products will be blocked on your machine; however, rinsing and cleaning will still be possible.
- Install the latest version of the Nespresso app on your smartphone and log in or create an account.
- Plug in and turn on your Nespresso machine.
- Make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your mobile device and place it directly on top of the machine.
- Tap the "my machines" or machine icon in the top right corner of the Nespresso app's homepage.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. The app will guide you through the connection. You will first need to establish a Bluetooth connection by keeping your phone on the machine.
- Connect to Wi-Fi. Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter your password when prompted.
- Complete the pairing. The app will search for the machine and then confirm when the pairing is successful.
- If the connection fails, try restarting the app and repeating the process. Ensure your phone has a strong Wi-Fi signal and that the machine remains on throughout the process.
