How will my order be packed when they are delivered to me?

Lyreco will always ensure that your order is properly packaged & labelled to prevent loss or damage during delivery.

Where possible, we will delivery in the product manufacturer’s original packaging which will maximize protection & reduce waste in packaging.  Where products are required to be ordered in certain quantities to use the original packaging, the pack size will be suggested to you on Webshop & in the printed paper catalogue as follows;

For example, RIVERPRO Jumbo Roll Tissue come in box of 12

Where the product is not in its own packaging, Lyreco will either use one of its own carboard cartons made of out recycled carboard or reuse existing packaging. Both options are highly sustainable and will protect your order.
