Am I expected to open the delivery boxes and check the contents when the delivery is made to me?

We conduct quality checks of all orders in our National Distribution Centre before sealing the delivery boxes. The Lyreco delivery drivers delivers these sealed boxes to you so we do not require you to open and check the contents of the boxes at the time of delivery.

Should you later open the delivery box and find a product is missing, please contact our Customer Service department with the details of the order and missing product and we will immediately arrange for a replacement to be sent to you next working day.

Please have either your Lyreco customer number, which starts with a 1300XXXXX, and order number to hand when contacting us.
