There is a capsule stuck in my Nespresso Zenius machine

  1. Turn the machine to "OFF".
  2. Remove the capsule container.
  3. Insert your hand through the opening with your palm facing up and you locate a lever/ejector.
  4. Tap the lever/ejector from the inside of the machine to release the capsule(s).
  5. Re-insert the capsule container.
  6. Turn the machine to "ON".
