A leak in the capsule area can be caused by a misaligned or punctured capsule. It may also be a blocked puncture needle.
- Turn the machine to "OFF".
- Open the lever.
- Remove capsule (if applicable).
- Wipe the area with a clean dry cloth.
- Inspect the puncture needle - if it is blocked with old coffee grounds, use a soft brush to gently clean it.
