The lever won't fully close when the capsule container is full, or a blocked capsule has not ejected properly.
Empty and reinsert the capsule container. If the lever still doesn't close fully, check for stuck capsules as follows:
- Turn off the machine.
- Remove the capsule container.
- Insert your hand through the opening (palm facing up) and you will feel a lever/ ejector.
- Activate/tap the ejector manually from the inside of the machine to let the capsule(s) fall.
- Re-insert the capsule container.
- Turn on the machine.
