None of the buttons are responding on my Nespresso Zenius machine

This is usually caused by an internal error or power supply issue.

  1. Turn the machine to 'OFF'.
  2. Unplug the machine from the power supply for 10 seconds.
  3. Plug the machine back into a working power supply.
  4. Turn the machine to 'ON'.

If this does not work, try a factory reset:

  1. Turn the machine to 'OFF'.
  2. Press and hold the Lungo button while turning the machine to 'ON'.
