This is usually caused by an internal error or power supply issue.
- Turn the machine to 'OFF'.
- Unplug the machine from the power supply for 10 seconds.
- Plug the machine back into a working power supply.
- Turn the machine to 'ON'.
If this does not work, try a factory reset:
- Turn the machine to 'OFF'.
- Press and hold the Lungo button while turning the machine to 'ON'.
