My Nespresso Momento machine seems to function, yet no water or coffee comes out of the coffee head

Ensure there is water in the machine’s water tank(s) and no air is stuck in the water filter. 

To check for air in the water filter: 

  1. Fill a receptacle with fresh drinking water. 
  2. Remove the water tank from the machine.
  3. Remove the lid and take out the water filter.
  4. Immerse the water filter completely in the water receptacle and squeeze it several times until all air bubbles have been removed. 
  5. Place your filter back in the water tank and replace the lid.
  6. Replace the water tank in the machine and try again.
