If the cup holder on your Nespresso Momento machine keeps falling off, please complete the following steps:
- Check the underside of your cup holder for the engraved 'left' or 'right' - the cup holder arms are made for specific sides.
To install, open the milk compartment door and insert the arm of the holder by tilting it into position, as shown picture below:
