If the door on your Nespresso Momento machine does not close, it could be for a few reasons. 

Please check the following:

• The water tank has been inserted in the correct orientation. The tanks are designed to be inserted in a specific way; inserting them any other way can block the door.
• The space for the water tank is free of any other objects or obstructions.
• If your door is held closed by a magnet, check for dirt or foreign material that may prevent the magnet from working properly.
