My Nespresso Momento machine is missing "hot water" or "top up" functions

If your Nespresso Momento Machine is missing "hot water" or "top up" functions, check to see if express mode is activated. This function removes the "hot water" and "top up" functions in order to speed up traffic at the machine. 

  1. Go to Settings in the top right corner. 

  2. Select set up menu. 

  3. Enter your access code. If you haven’t changed it during the initial machine setup, the default access code is 8888.
  4. If express mode is activated, disable it.
