If the capsule container on your Nespresso Momento machine is not being recognised, please remove container from the machine and check the following:
- There are no foreign objects or used capsules trapped in capsule container area.
- The detection magnet at the back of the container (please see below) is present and free from obstructions or dirt.
After that, re-insert the capsule container into your Nespresso Momento machine, making sure it is fully inserted.
