Water under your Nespresso Momento machine could indicate a faulty internal connector or cracked tank (especially during refills).
To check for leaks:
- Inspect the back of the machine where the water tank connects.
- Look for looseness in the connection or calcium build up.
- Try a leak test: fill the tank, leave the machine OFF, and check if the water drops through.
If it leaks when the machine is turned off, it's likely the water tank valve.
