The ideal milk temperature is 4 °C and must not be higher than 10 °C. If the temperature reaches above 10 °C, the machine does not allow any milk recipes. 

To check the milk temperature, on the home screen, tap the settings icon.

Always use pre-cooled milk (about 5 °C) when refilling the milk tank. 

Make sure the milk tank is correctly inserted in the fridge.
