If your Nespresso Momento machine doesn't recognise the drip tray, you might need to clean the tray:
- Turn off the and disconnect it from power source.
Remove and empty the drip tray.
- Check that the drip tray has 2 metal contacts on the back that insert into the machine.
- Ensure the metal contacts are fully cleaned and dried with disposable paper towel.
- Dry inside the machine where the drip tray inserts with disposable paper towel.
- Replace the cleaned drip tray.
- Connect the machine to a working power supply and turn it on.
- Test the machine.
