My Nespresso Momento machine is stuck in "Heating Up"

If your Nespresso Moment machine is stuck in "Heating Up", please follow these steps:

  1. Turn off your machine. 
  2. Unplug your machine from the main power.
  3. Wait 5-10 minutes.
  4. Plug your machine back into the mains power.
  5. Turn your machine on.
