If your Nespresso Moment machine shows the "Cleaning Tablet Dissolution Failed" screen message, please complete the following steps:
Check the status of cleaning tablet at the top of the cleaning tank.
If the tablet looks to be dissolved, remove the plastic cap on top of the cleaning tank cover and check if detection lever is not stuck in upper position.
- Release the switch if it is stuck.
