My Nespresso Momento machine is advising "Tablet not detected"

If your Nespresso Momento machine is advising 'Tablet not detected', please follow these steps:

  1. Check that the appropriate cleaning tablet, without damage, is inserted into the slot.
  2. Remove and refit tablet if necessary.
  3. Check for any object blocking the switch on the cover of the cleaning tank.
  4. Attempt the clean.
